One-on-one sessions allowed me to open up on a deeper level about my fears and insecurities regarding food; I was able to be really vulnerable during one-on-one sessions, which ultimately helped me better utilize the tools Shayna and Nicky to get to a place of food freedom.
Through one-on-one sessions Nicky and Shayna helped me to uncover specific restrictions I was putting on myself with food and exercise, and came up with practical solutions to help me start overcoming these challenges.
One-on-one sessions instilled in me that food freedom is not a straightforward process and that is okay; we are all so individual in our challenges so we need to accept that the process is lateral and takes a lot of work!
One-on-one sessions with Nicky and Shayna were the glue that stuck the Total Transformation course together for me. I was able to soundboard what I had learned and was experiencing in a really personal way.
